As present we have received the idea of his design for security and alarming the people from visiting the danger sea shore, river and canal area. The technical details are as follows. Auto Sea alert device is a device which alarms the people moving around the sea shore from diving and playing in the danger and rocky sea shore like the seas of Chorwad and somnath in Gujarat . This device repeats the stored alert message at a pre sated time continuously; the message can be easily changed and upgraded by authorized person very easily in any language through built in microphone. As per my knowledge this is the world first such automatic alerting device. As there is a rare possibility of having electric power grid on sea shore, so we have powered this device through renewable device that is micro wind generator and solar panel which will charge the battery in any adverse weather condition also. This an stand alone deice mounted on galvanized iron pole along with micro wind mill, photovoltaic solar panel, message storing device with built in amplifier of 40 watts having the capacity of announcing the message in the periphery of 1 km along the sea cost, the pole is also mounted with symbolic alert sign designed on fiber glass polymer. All the components and device mounted on pole at the height of 14 feet, system has capacity of tolerating the harsh marine condition for minimum 15 years. Auto alert device for non swimming zone is powered by Wind Solar Hybrid system (Renewable Energy), no GRID power required. This is a device installed at height if 15 feet on a pole of 20 feet height having small Wind mill and Solar power on the top. The electric power harnessed by wind and solar will be stored in battery installed at height of 15 feet with an electronic device having three message stored in three languages (Hindi, English, Regional) along with the small alerting siren for listening the message. This message will be repeated by it self at a pre determined time of regular interval between 5 minute, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min selected by user.

This auto message system will automatically switch ON at early morning and it will switch OFF at late evening. The output of both the speakers will cover the area of one kilometer. Initially it will give a small siren for 3 second and then it will repeat a message of 15 second in each language and at the end of 55 second it will again alert with a closing siren of 3 second.

The message can be upgraded and change any time by the users. All the materials used for this product will be non corrosive. The pole will also have the visuals of non swimming alert designed from fiber materials.
