•  We have designed world first stand alone off-grid electric Power producing sterling engine. The technology of Sterling Engine is 200 years old, originally in1818 it was used for pumping water in quarry after that it was used for heating and cooling purpose, you will surprise to know that even table fan were working through sterling engine in early 19th centaury. Sterling engine was out of use for last many years due to development of electric motors and other such efficient technology and so Sterling Engine technology was put aside.

•  Due to continuous Electric power crisis around the world with approaching petroleum crisis the scientists around the world started working on many renewable and non renewable sources of energy, so scientist have again triggered the idea of using the old technology engine in a new way. For resolving electric power generating solution many scientists are working for grid tied power generating sterling engine, but stand alone Electric power generator through Sterling engine is a new idea. I have used my experience of designing electric power generator for wind mill to designing Sterling engine electric power generator. Around the world big Sterling machines are in experiment for producing electric power to feed to electrical grid (ON-Grid), but I designed stand alone Electric power generator through Sterling engine (OFF-Grid) and as per my global search it an achievement because it is first of its kind in world.

•  Power generating Sterling engine work in variable weather conditions with variable fuel source.

•  Sterling engine doesn't face limitation like sun hours, windy period and Dual energy source limitation. Sterling machine work efficiently in cold weather also. It can work on any available single fuel source like solar thermal power, kerosene or paraffin oil, LPG gas, CNG gas, white coal, wood gas and any other such source of heat. Other generator driving engine requires more then two source of energy fuel like Steam engine requires fire, water and coal, petrol engine requires Electric spark, air and petrol, diesel engine requires air and diesel. Normally every engine requires additional parallel fuel with heat or spark but Sterling engine runs with single fuel source “heat”, heat can be from any source.

•  In hilly jungles like North East part of India where wind and sun solar power are irregular this Power generating Sterling engine can be operated by burning woods, Bio-diesel oil or any available source of gas. Fuel flexibility depends on weather and geographical condition of the area.
